• The Department of Science & Technology is committed to provide quality Technical Education and promote scientific awareness among masses.
• The State has therefore launched a drive to bring about substantial built infrastructures.
• For easy access of Quality Technical Education for the students of the State, additional world class Infrastructure has been added, new Technical Institutes home been established.
• Each District will have at least one polytechnic.
• By the establishment of Jharkhand Technical University all Technical Institute recognized by AICTE will come under umbrella of university.
• For Active participation of leading educational organisation and Industries, the state Government has initiated to run the Technical Institute under Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode. The Department is also promoting the establishment of institutes in joint venture.
